snapurl ("we", "us") operates an API at snapurl.app that renders screenshots and PDFs of URLs you submit. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the requests made with your API key. If it's exposed, rotate it from your dashboard immediately — we don't monitor for leaked keys. You must provide an accurate email address to register.
You may only submit URLs you have the right to capture. Don't use the service to target private, internal, or otherwise non-public network addresses — the API blocks these automatically, and attempting to circumvent that is a violation of these terms. Don't use the service to scrape, mirror, or republish copyrighted content at scale, or in any way that violates the target site's own terms of use.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; overage past your included quota is billed at the rate shown on the pricing page for the plan you're on. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the dashboard's billing portal — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Unpaid invoices may result in your account being suspended until payment succeeds.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided without uptime guarantees. Rendering depends on third-party sites responding normally; we're not responsible for failures caused by a target site being unreachable, blocking automated browsers, or timing out.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, snapurl isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the API. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
